Shower room: Power shower, hand basin and toilet.
Kitchen: Fully equipped including electric cooker, microwave, fridge,freezer and washing machine. Ironing facilities are also provided.
Central heating, hot water, coal & electric are all inclusive.
There is a small side garden and an enclosed rear garden with drying facilities.
There is ample on street parking outside the property and off road parking on request.
